Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ForemanAtlas platform and website (the “Service”), provided by ForemanAtlas, Inc. (“ForemanAtlas”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

Using the Service

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create a workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Service and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Founding Member pricing, where offered, is subject to the terms presented at signup.

Customer Data

You retain all rights to the project, scheduling, crew, and jobsite data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant ForemanAtlas a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including Atlas AI features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other customers, reverse engineering the platform, or using the Service in a manner that violates applicable law.

Atlas AI Features

Atlas AI provides recommendations, predictions, and summaries based on the data available to it. These outputs are decision-support tools and do not replace professional judgment, engineering review, or compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations. ForemanAtlas does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated recommendations.

Intellectual Property

ForemanAtlas retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and Atlas AI models. These Terms do not grant you any rights to ForemanAtlas trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as necessary to use the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForemanAtlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription as described in the applicable order form or plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
