Who counts as an internal user?
Internal users are employees of your company who log into ForemanAtlas as part of your team, such as project managers, superintendents, and office staff.
Are subcontractors and outside collaborators charged?
No. Subcontractors, inspectors, owners, architects, consultants, and vendors can be invited as external collaborators at no charge on every plan.
What happens if we exceed our project or user limit?
We let you know as you approach your plan’s active project or internal user limit so you can add capacity or upgrade to the next plan. External collaborators never count against these limits.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your company’s active projects and internal team size change.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Pro include a 14-day free trial. Command and Enterprise are available through a demo with our team.

What happens if a Founding Partner cancels?
If a Founding Partner subscription lapses or is canceled, the locked $299 rate ends. Reactivating later would use the plan and pricing available at that time.
